Every venue on that list comes with its own lighting challenges, access protocols and logistical pressures. I've navigated all of them, often arriving early, liaising directly with production teams and venue managers so that nothing falls on you.
HOW I WORK: FRIENDLY, FLEXIBLE AND DISCREET
Consultation: We start by discussing your goals, key moments, and the event schedule. You’ll know exactly what will be captured, and we can plan around the flow of your day.
The Shoot: On the day, I move through the event naturally, photographing candid interactions, presentations, speakers, and the atmosphere, as well as any posed portraits or group shots you need. I adapt to the venue, lighting, and timings to capture everything seamlessly.
Post-Event Editing: Every image is professionally edited for colour, lighting, and clarity, with blemishes removed and details enhanced. You get a gallery of polished, ready-to-use images perfect for marketing, PR, social media, or internal communications.
Delivery: High-resolution images are provided via an online gallery. Easy to download, share, and use.
The result is a professional image library that extends the value of your event long after the evening ends ready for your website, LinkedIn, internal communications and annual report.

LONDON CORPORATE EVENTS FAQs
Do you specialise in any particular sector?
The majority of my London corporate work is with legal and financial services firms solicitors, barristers chambers, hedge funds and investment companies. I understand the professional environment these clients operate in and work with the discretion and seriousness they expect.
How far in advance should I book?
For Christmas party season I'd recommend booking by September at the latest. Summer events ideally 6–8 weeks ahead, though I accommodate shorter notice where my diary allows. Repeat clients typically block my diary early in the year.
Can you deliver images quickly after the event?
Standard delivery is 5–7 working days. If you need highlight images for social media or PR the morning after, I offer a next-day edit of selected images — just mention this when you enquire.
Do you work with production teams and AV crews at large venues?
Yes. At venues like Battersea Power Station and The Savoy I'm used to coordinating with production schedules, load-in times and AV setups. I liaise directly with your event manager so you don't have to act as go-between.
Are you available for multi-day events?
Yes. I provide consistent coverage across multi-day conferences and events, maintaining the same style and approach throughout.
What happens if our event overruns?
It happens — especially at large London venues. I build flexibility into the day. If your event runs significantly over schedule we'll discuss extended coverage at the time, but I won't leave you mid-event.
Do you travel to events across Greater London?
Yes. I cover all London zones and am fully mobile across Central London, Greater London and surrounding areas. There is no travel surcharge for Central London events.
